Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2 pm EST begin processing the next business day.

All orders must be placed by the following times depending on the service level you choose at checkout.
UNITED STATES
Standard Delivery - December 14 by 2:00 PM EST
Priority Delivery - December 18 by 2:00 PM EST
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
You'll automatically receive free standard shipping on all qualifying orders of $50 or more when you are shipping within the United States. From time to time this value may change due to other promotions that we may run.
WHEN EXACTLY WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email or sms text.
CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
Of course! You can check your order status any time after it's placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please contact Service@daggear.com Customer Service to help you adjust your order. However, if your order has been processed you will not be able to adjust your order.
